Their newest product, Vaginal Wellness Pro — a probiotic designed to support overall vaginal health — needed more visibility, and they just weren’t generating enough user-generated content (UGC) to make an impact with this demographic.
But there was a potential solution on deck: influencer-focused PR boxes.
PR boxes, or public relations boxes, are branded packages with product samples that are sent to influencers, journalists, and industry professionals to showcase that brand’s products in an engaging way. Done correctly, these boxes could generate buzz, encourage organic content, and build brand trust.
On paper, it was the perfect strategy—deliver beautifully designed PR boxes to the right influencers on TikTok and Instagram and let the power of social media do the rest.
The Challenge: Bringing a Great Idea to Life
Physician’s Choice was facing challenges executing their project for influencer-focused PR boxes, risking their rebranding efforts and social media growth.
But while the idea was solid, the execution was a much different story.
Physician’s Choice lacked the experience and resources to design and produce PR boxes that would truly stand out. They attempted to move forward but struggled to mass-produce high-quality, on-brand packages, putting their influencer marketing strategy at risk. Without the right internal systems in place, they faced losing momentum for their Vaginal Wellness Pro launch.
The PR boxes were key to generating UGC and driving visibility. Without them, the product wouldn’t make the impact they needed. Realizing they couldn’t tackle this alone, Physician’s Choice sought expert support.

Creative Director Matthew N. took charge of the project and partnered with Pro Graphic Designer Nicolle G. and Copywriter Megan O., assembling the perfect team to bring Physician's Choice’s vision to life! Together, they worked closely with Physician’s Choice to make sure the end result was a high-quality PR box that not only perfectly captured the brand’s identity but was also designed to grab the attention of influencers and their audiences.

The close collaboration began with a detailed storyboard session.
Physician’s Choice and the Designity team mapped out every aspect of the PR boxes, from their color and visual design to the unboxing experience they wanted to accompany it.
Beyond just aesthetics, a key focus in the design was to make sure that these PR boxes delivered clear messaging and guidance for influencers to avoid ineffective content. Copywriter Megan created the hook copy and video instructions to give influencers a framework for how to create engaging and effective content for Physician’s Choice brand.

To make sure they stayed on-brand and hit all the right talking points, CD Matthew came up with the idea of including a postcard inside each box with a QR code leading to a dedicated landing page. This page provided a full set of guidance slides, giving the influencers everything they needed to produce high-quality and impactful UGC that supported Physician’s Choice’s goals. CD Matthew and Designer Nicolle were also able to provide Physician’s Choice with solutions for the logistical issues that had previously stalled the project. From refining the structure of the boxes for mass production to making sure they were designed to grab and hold attention at first glance, every element was strategically developed to maximize the effectiveness of this product.

Firstly, they helped to significantly boost brand awareness during a crucial stage of their rebranding efforts, capturing the attention of prominent influencers with beautifully designed packaging and free samples of their Vaginal Wellness Pro and Women’s Probiotic products.
The PR boxes also worked to inspire action as well. As influencers shared organic content, they greatly increased social media engagement for their brand. This was especially noticeable on TikTok Shop, where Physician’s Choice saw a surge in their visibility.
And the PR boxes didn’t stop at just making a buzz — they delivered measurable results as well! The campaign was able to generate over $50,000 in revenue from influencers on Instagram and TikTok, showcasing the impact of exceptional design and strategic influencer marketing!
