Designity-Decorative
What is the main difference between Designity plans?

The primary distinction among Designity plans lies in the number of dedicated hours, the size of your creative team, and the speed of turnaround times. As you move up the plan tiers, you gain access to more hours, additional creatives, and faster execution for minor requests.

All plans feature a dedicated Creative Director, Project Manager, and Marketing Strategist to serve as your strategic partners. With the Plus Plan, your team includes two active creatives from the top 3%, while the Premium Plan expands to three active creatives. The Custom Plan allows you to configure the number of creatives, hours, and additional strategic support based on your needs.

Another key difference is the number of active brands and points of contact. The Plus Plan supports one brand and one point of contact, while the Premium Plan includes two brands and two points of contact, making it ideal for businesses managing multiple brands under one plan.

Both the Plus and Premium Plans provide unlimited requests and revisions, full access to 100+ creative and marketing services, real-time competitive analysis, and a brand-trained AI assistant to enhance workflows. However, turnaround times differ—24 hours for minor requests on the Plus Plan and 12 hours on the Premium Plan.

How long will it take to complete my projects at Designity?

The turnaround time and project timelines at Designity depend on the complexity of the project and your chosen plan. For example, a one-pager can be completed in a day, while a 90-minute animation might take up to a month. To ensure smooth execution, having all necessary materials—such as text, illustrations, graphics, and brand guidelines—ready in advance can significantly impact the timeline.

For minor requests, such as simple content updates or image swaps, turnaround times vary by plan:

  • Plus Plan: 24-hour turnaround
  • Premium Plan: 12-hour turnaround

We operate on the principle of delivering results rather than focusing solely on the number of hours. Every project begins with a kickoff call led by your Creative Director, where the team aligns on project details and develops a comprehensive project brief. Within 8 hours of this call, your Creative Director will create a detailed project timeline that outlines the estimated completion time and the key steps involved.

This approach provides full transparency into the time required for project completion and the expected ROI. Designity guarantees the presented deadline, provided the scope of work remains the same and you submit necessary information and feedback promptly.

Can I really cancel or pause my monthly plan with Designity at any time?

Yes! Designity plans are completely flexible. You can cancel your plan at any time with a 7-day notice before your renewal date. However, before cancellation is finalized, you’ll need to complete an exit interview with your Customer Success Manager to ensure a smooth transition and gather any final feedback.

If you don’t want to cancel completely, you have the option to pause your plan instead:

  • 2-Week Pause ($995 one-time fee): Can be used once per quarter and will automatically reactivate after two weeks.
  • Indefinite Pause ($495 one-time fee): Your plan remains paused until you choose to reactivate.

While on pause, you retain access to key benefits, including:
- 1 custom brand-trained AI agent
- Access to real-time competitive analysis
- Access to community & team Slack
- Access to the Designity collaboration portal

This means that even while paused, your files, AI tools, and platform access remain intact, allowing for a seamless restart whenever you're ready to dive back into your projects.

Each project at Designity starts with your Creative Director creating a detailed timeline, which outlines the steps, contributors, and estimated completion timeframe. This structured approach ensures a seamless workflow and maximizes what you can accomplish during the trial period.

How many hours of work do I get under Designity plans?

At Designity, we focus on delivering results rather than just tracking hours. However, to ensure transparency and strategic project management, each plan includes a set number of dedicated hours per month, distributed among your Creative Director, Project Manager, Marketing Strategist, and assigned creatives.

- Plus Plan: 120 hours per month
- Premium Plan: 180 hours per month
- Custom Plan: Tailored hours based on your needs

Every project begins with a Kick-Off call, where your Creative Director aligns with your goals and creates a detailed project timeline. This timeline outlines the estimated completion timeframe, specific steps and phases of your project, and the team members involved.

Team members track hours internally for each deliverable. Unused hours do not roll over, but you have the option to pause your account for up to 2 weeks per quarter for a one-time fee of $995, instead of paying the full plan price. During this time, you’ll retain full platform access, and your team remains on pause for you.

If you need additional creative hours, they can be purchased as add-ons on a weekly basis whenever needed.

Designity-Decorative
