Sales Account Executive

This is an exciting opportunity to champion a proven product - all while earning uncapped commission. If you’ve got sales expertise and a knack for forging new relationships, come join us as we change the way companies get their design and marketing projects done.

You’ll be spending half of your time on closing deals and the other half on lead generation. You will be responsible for taking demo calls and talk to prospects who already have interest in our platform and they like to learn more through video calls. You need to use your closing skills and convince those prospects to get started through our risk-free trial.

You’ll be also responsible for using your remaining time to generate leads using our custom sales funnel. We have all the required tools and systems in place to qualify leads and send custom emails to potential prospects and schedule demo calls with them.

Responsibilities
  • Close prospects who scheduled demo calls with Designity
  • Demonstrate the value propositions of our products
  • Understand the prospect needs and relate to them
  • Research the prospects before each demo calls
  • Follow up with prospects to ultimately close them
  • Schedule demo calls through outbound email campaigns
  • Research target companies to pre-qualify as sales opportunities
  • Manage a high volume of leads in CRM accurately and efficiently
  • Excel at qualifying each opportunity properly to ensure the right level of follow up
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned by Executive Team

Digital Marketing Manager

As a marketing manager you will be responsible for strategizing and executing on marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for generating leads through different marketing channels such as paid social media campaigns, Google paid campaigns, and more. You need to use your deep marketing knowledge and different tactics to target qualified clients.

Responsibilities
  • Strategize, develop, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns.
  • Develop plans to drive customer activation, engagement, & retention and loyalty via different programs.
  • Manage the company's email campaigns and communicate company brands through email marketing.
  • Write and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter.
  • Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
  • Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion.
  • Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s).
  • Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management.
  • Write copy for emails and other marketing campaigns.
  • Establishing KPI’s, tracking performance, measuring, analyzing and adjusting digital campaigns, in flight.
  • Staying on top of current marketing and technology trends and providing digital thought leadership to Marketing and the organization as a whole.
What we Expect from you?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8+ years marketing experience and 5-7 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Digital marketing experience including the use of data analytics, tag management, digital vendor management, and digital advertising.
  • Experience in consumer segmentation and targeted, personalized marketing, leveraging digital technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking; can interpret data and analytics to optimize marketing ROI and performance.
  • Experience identifying content necessary to support effective digital marketing presence.
  • Experience messaging and engaging audiences on social platforms.
  • Demonstrated leadership and capacity to develop and execute effective strategies.
  • Ability to break down major challenges into addressable components and prioritize.

UIUX Designer

We are hiring a full-time UX/UI Designer to help us create a collaborative design platform. The ideal candidate should know the two-sided marketplaces and appreciate the value of data-driven design. You need to love getting your hands dirty with User Research, User Testing, User Flows, Sitemaps, Wireframes, and Visual Designs.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project management and development to design custom experiences for our clients.
  • Execute user research, user testing and write usability reports.
  • Create user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and visual designs.
  • Present and defend deliverables to peers and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a User Experience evangelist inside and outside of Designity.
  • Refine and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
What we Expect from you?
  • 5 years of experience designing intuitive web interfaces, minimum of 3 years of UX experience.
  • A strong portfolio focusing on ecommerce.
  • Experience executing User Research and User Testing.
  • Experience creating user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and visual designs.
  • Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and rapid prototyping tools like InVision.
  • Understanding of basic front-end languages, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript.
  • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and collaboratively.
  • Knowing and staying current with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
