Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership to completely revamp our branding.
  • Turn broad concepts and themes into intelligent design, positioning, and messaging.
  • Create a comprehensive brand guideline to define our imagery, font, icons, and more.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of branding strategies and share results to assist in shaping future efforts.
  • Develop comprehensive timelines and manage stakeholder expectations on brand related project work.
  • Create the ideal aesthetic and functional experience to convey our story globally.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in graphic design/advertising.
  • Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in brand design and strategy, ideally across a variety of industries.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of all aspects of the branding process, including research, testing and implementation.
  • Expert visual design skills, with a strong branding portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
  • You are self-driven, and possess a creative entrepreneurial mindset that allows you to thrive in ambiguity.

Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and key stakeholders.
  • Setting up targeted campaigns within a CRM/lead generation system to generate activity and excitement for our service.

Qualifications
  • Any experience with sales or using CRM systems or email systems like Hubspot is a big plus but not required.

As our sales development representative, you will be involved in generating leads through different channels and consulting with potential clients to offer them the best solutions for their design and marketing needs.

Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and key stakeholders, taking deals swiftly and thoughtfully through our sales process from discovery to close.
  • Virtually meet with new customers to demonstrate our platform's value, influence long-term strategic direction, and evangelize solutions that will help them meet their challenges and reach their goals.

As a CMO you will be responsible for strategizing and executing on marketing campaigns, for driving adoption of our platform amongst creatives and our clients, and for shaping an innovative virtual community that allows both sides to come together to learn and collaborate.

  • Develop plans to drive customer activation, engagement, retention and loyalty through compelling and distinct value propositions.
  • Establishing KPI’s, tracking performance, measuring, analyzing and adjusting digital campaigns, in flight.
  • Develop and optimize content for our website, email campaigns and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter.
  • Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion.
  • Strategize, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google & social media.
  • Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s).

Qualifications
  • 8+ years marketing experience including 5-7 years of digital marketing experience.

  • A creative background and/or experience with marketing two sided marketplaces within a startup environment is a big plus.
  • Digital marketing experience including the use of data analytics, tag management, digital vendor management, and digital advertising.

  • Present your designs thoughtfully in both written and visual format, with an ability to defend deliverables to peers and stakeholders.

Qualifications
