Description
The valued client, Oracle encountered a decline in their email open rates, which was attributed to the implementation of a new email platform and the use of subpar-quality emails. To address this issue, we devised a strategic solution in the form of an HTML-coded email module library. This library was thoughtfully designed with an appealing and user-friendly layout, aimed at rekindling email engagement and enhancing message effectiveness. Importantly, this approach was tailored to be accessible to individuals who may not have expertise in HTML coding.
