Finance Operations Specialist & Strategist

As a Finance Operations Specialist & Strategist at Designity, you’ll fully own our day-to-day financial operations—from bookkeeping and payroll to forecasting and expense oversight—ensuring every dollar is accurately tracked, reported, and optimized. We’re looking for tech-savvy finance professionals who are excited about a modern, remote-first creative business and ready to take on both execution and strategic financial planning. This is a growth trajectory role with the potential to evolve into a Controller or Director of Finance within 1–2 years.
