Content Marketing Specialist

As a Content Marketing Specialist, you’ll lead end-to-end content strategy and execution for a range of client brands—turning insights into content that ranks, nurtures, and converts. From SEO blog posts and case studies to email sequences and landing pages, you’ll create high-impact assets that support every stage of the funnel. Using AI-powered tools, you’ll analyse metrics, streamline workflows, and scale production without sacrificing quality.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute content strategies and manage the content calendar across different channels.
- Identify target audiences and buyer personas and craft engaging content that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Use AI tools to speed up research, optimize production, and boost ranking potential.
- Write and edit conversion-focused content that addresses audience pain points and aligns with client positioning.
- Collaborate with creative teams to align on brand voice and style guidelines.
- Analyze performance metrics like traffic, engagement, and conversions and optimize accordingly.
- Stay up to date on SEO, content, and algorithm trends, and proactively adjust tactics to keep client content competitive.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, backed by a portfolio of succesfull content that has ranked, driven traffic, and contributed to pipeline or conversions.
- Deep understanding of content marketing strategy across the funnel.
- Skilled in SEO-driven content creation, and with exceptional writing, editing, and messaging skills.
- Experienced in analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics), content management systems (e.g. WordPress, Drupal), and SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush)
- Proficient in using AI to improve quality, consistency, and performance of produced content.
- Organized and confident managing multiple projects and editorial calendars.
