4. Turnaround

Kimp requests are handled in the order they are received.
On average, you can expect simple design requests (social media graphics, web banners) or revisions in 24 hours and a 30–60 second video within 2 to 4 days. For more complex design projects or longer videos, your creative team will work with you to get an estimate on a reasonable timeline.

Before you begin your first project at Designity, your Creative Director will work with you to build out a timeline of all of the projects you need to get completed.

5. Trial Period

All three Kimp plans come with a 7-day free trial.
During the trial period, clients can make either 1 video request or 3 graphic design requests. Requests are limited to projects that can be completed during this time period (i.e., not so complex that it would take longer than 7 days).
Designity
Designity provides a trial period for each of its subscription plans: 2 weeks for monthly plans, 3 weeks for quarterly plans, and 4 weeks for yearly plans.
Trial periods are treated like a regular subscription, allowing you to request any type of project without limitations.
If you aren’t satisfied with Designity’s services, you can cancel at any time during the trial period and not worry about being charged. If you do decide to continue with Designity’s services after the trial period, it will be rolled into your first statement.

Designers or video experts are assigned to your account by Kimp Team Members based on your requests.
